About Our Housing & Support Services

Phoenix Homes is a service that provides housing & support for individuals who are experiencing mental health problems. 16 Capel Road is a 4 bedroom service that is managed on a 24hr basis.

Phoenix Homes provides staff that are fully trained and experienced within the field to ensure that all residents receive the best possible support whilst living within a Phoenix Homes service.

At Phoenix Homes we concentrate on recovery and working with individuals to enable them to live as independent life as possible and to minimise hospital admissions.

The service offers structured support to individuals to enable them to achieve agreed goals and aspirations. Joint working with associated professionals, families & appointed individuals are encouraged which often increases positive individual outcomes for our residents.

Multilingual Support Staff

Where required we can often provide a range of multilingual support staff, who are fluent in a range of languages. Please speak to a member of our team for more information about the languages we provide support for.
